Follow-up calls

The follow-up calls your store never gets to, made every day

CarGents calls your customers when their lease is ending, their warranty is running out, service is due, a recall part arrives or they declined work your advisor flagged. It calls only customers who agreed to hear from you, within your calling hours, books the appointment or sends the answer to the right person, and puts every call on your dashboard.

The calls that make a store money, and never get made

Every store knows the list. Owners whose factory warranty ends next month. Leases ending in 90 days. Customers due for their 60,000-mile service. Recall parts that just came in. The brakes your advisor flagged and the customer declined. These calls drive service revenue and the next car deal, and they're the first thing dropped when the floor gets busy.

How a follow-up call sounds

Short, friendly and specific. It says who's calling and why, mentions the customer's vehicle, offers a time, and books it. If the customer has a question it can't answer, the right person gets it with the details. The home page has recordings of a lease-end, service-due, warranty and after-the-sale call to a sample customer.

Calling the right way

  • Only customers who agreed to hear from your store.
  • Only within the hours you set.
  • Every do-not-call request honored, right away.
  • If a customer asks whether it's an AI, it says so.
  • No survey coaching. After-the-sale calls check in like a friend, never ask for a score.

Rules on automated and AI calls vary by state and keep changing. We set calling rules with you, and you should check them with your own counsel.

Your BDC keeps the hot ones

CarGents takes the grind calls and hands your BDC booked appointments and warm leads with everything already written down. See how it fits with your team on the AI BDC page.

Questions dealers ask

Which follow-up calls can CarGents make?

Lease ending, warranty ending, service due, open recalls, declined work, trade-up and equity, missed appointments, car ready and parts in, after the sale, and new internet leads.

Is it legal to have it call my customers?

Yes, when it's done right. It only calls customers who agreed to hear from your store, within the hours you set, and honors every do-not-call request.

What happens when a customer wants to talk to someone?

The right person gets the customer's request with the details already written down, and the call shows up on your dashboard as a callback owed.

Will it ask customers for survey scores?

No. After-the-sale calls check in on how the car and the visit went and send any issue to the right person. They never coach a score.
